Beautiful Pair Mid Century Modern Walnut Bassett two tier end side tables

Pair of beautiful retro 1960s Danish style end side tables. Made by Bassett, these walnut side tables are exemplary of Danish Modern, Eames era elegance, gorgeous sight to behold in person! Top surface has been professionally refinished, revealing the two tone inlaid details and surfboard style design, having sleek profile with folded, lip-like embellishments along the left and right upper ridge edges. These lips are formed of solid, sculpted blond wood. The blond wood contrasts against the dark walnut wood to further enhance this design element. Lower level magazine rack is comprised of walnut, spindles ending in thin, pencil tapered legs. Ideal as end, side table also would make beautifully nightstands in bedroom.  Matching console table available (sold separately).
Excellent vintage condition with refinished top.
