A set of six gorgeous, burled elm wood dining chairs by Founders Furniture for Thomasville, circa 1970’s. The burled elm wood frames feature modern styling with a distinct beautiful design. Sculpturally carved backrests with curved back legs. Rich, warm patina frames with original, upholstered seats lending comfort, the lines and attention to detail are exquisite. In very good vintage condition, gently used with minor wear. Two arm chairs and four side chairs. The sculpted and formed details is what makes them so desired, very elegant. The set would look amazing around a dining room table, or as side chairs. Also, available matching Dining room table (sold separately).
Condition Report: Original finish wear consistent with age and use, overall gorgeous surface condition. Construction is strong and sturdy. Original upholstery, no tears or rips in fabric.
