Beautiful, rare, Mid-Century Modern detailed proportioned teak, Danish, credenza/sideboard with detachable hutch in the style of Hans J. Wegner. Hutch top lifts off the lower cabinet. Upper portion features a cabinet with four convenient hinged glass doors in an asymmetrical design that open to reveal two fixed shelves offering open storage area available for display or serving. The bottom portion features three large symmetrical dovetailed drawers with carved pulls, top drawer includes a divided interior lined in felt for storage of personal effects. Adjacent are double framed cabinet doors that open to reveal storage area with finished teak interior and one adjustable shelf. This rare vintage cabinet rests on a recessed sturdy base with four tapered legs. This piece doubles as a shelving / china hutch and server. The Mid-Century Modern charm of this piece affords spacious open and closed storage with design flexibility.
