An elegant Federal style mahogany and satinwood trio of nesting tables. This rare, attractive set features a mahogany veneer top framed in a satinwood and ebony stringer with a centered satinwood fan medallion. The lovely top rests on a scalloped mahogany apron above four bamboo style mahogany legs and a mahogany arched support. Undersides of the tables are channeled so that the tables hook to one another when nested, forming an attractive profile. Three matching tables nest cleanly inside the larger companion tables. Stacked set of three tables for easy storage. Individual tables are in varying sizes – large, medium and small. This rare set is a picture of classic lines and restrained elegance reminiscent of the classic Federal furniture style, a great addition to any interior.
Condition Report: Original finish, exhibit little signs of wear, with typical scuffs, overall gorgeous surface condition. Construction is strong and sturdy.
