An elegant French Louis XVI Style Bergere armchair made by the Royal Furniture Co, circa 1970’s. Features a beautiful square frame with a rich patina and original caned arm and back. The gracious sized seat has a thick attached cushion adding comfort and style, while the loose back cushion may be removed to expose caning, offering optimal seating choices, The white painted frame and white, cream, upholstery is in good condition. Chair features swoop arms, curved back legs, making it extremely comfortable, supportive frame, and an interesting focal point for the eye while the gentle subtle outward-splay back legs balance the frame.
Condition Report: structurally sound and very comfortable seating, overall good condition. Chair retains the original tight caning in good condition. The upholstery is in good condition, no tears.
