A pair of American contemporary fully upholstered swivel lounge armchairs by Precedent, a division of the Sherrill Furniture Company, Newton, North Carolina. This pair of elegant Mid-Century Modernist armchairs feature rounded arched and ribbed backs above bow front cushioned seats, bearing the manufacture’s labels, and scrolled arms. Upholstery in overall “excellent” condition with only very minor wear and discolorations.  Petite scale and very comfortable, amazing addition to a modern, mid-century home. These swivel chairs are in superb original condition.
