Mid-Century Bruno Mathsson Danish Modern style two tier walnut table with folding gateleg base, circa 1960s. This versatile long bench form table can be used as a display table, accent table or media stand. Features beautifully grained walnut rectangular lower level and upper matching table top. Each supported by two sets of stylish piano hinged folding gate legs. The lower and upper top lift off for easy set-up and storage. This piece is not marked but is attributed to the designer Bruno Mathsson for the Karl Mathsson firm made in Sweden as part of his “Maria” dining suite. The beautiful table maintains its well preserved, original finish. This is an outstanding selection for serious collectors of mid century modern Danish. A gorgeous sight to behold in person!
Condition Report: Original finish, exhibit little signs of wear, with typical scuffs, overall gorgeous surface condition. Construction is strong and sturdy.
