Description:   the solid brass American square pillar with four upper shaped hooks, on four tubular down swept legs joined by a circular stretcher, one old repair to this area.

Extra Notes:  A well-made and attractive item which I do not think is by a particular designer, with retro appeal. It seems to be lacking a ball from one upper hook.
