Beautiful architectural very stunning MID CENTURY DANISH MODERN 5 drawer Highboy Chest by Johnson Carper.  This very cool piece has sculptured lines as well as shape and style with Scandinavian styling. There are 5 dovetailed drawers.  On the top side of the chest is a set of 4 drawers with raised dimensional concave faces and doubles as drawer pulls.The drawer is not marked with Johnson Carper.  The lower half of the Gentleman’s chest has 1 large clean faced drawers with unique white center metal pulls that open to… expose plenty of storage. The top walnut plank is finished just off with a laminate finish. The rest of this Gentlemans chest is wrapped in a medium toned walnut structure. All raised on traditional Danish style tapered legs with a wood grain laminate top.  A great mid century modern piece!

Condition:  light scratches to the Formica,  age appropriate wear
