Beautiful, Mid-Century Modern Edward Wormley Style expandable dining table, by Lane Furniture 1970’s. Featuring richly grained, gleaming walnut and smooth, clean lines characteristic of classic Danish design. This gorgeous walnut extending dining table remains in original good condition throughout. Exceptional sculptured walnut top comes with two extension leaves to accommodate extra seating, transforming seating capacity from four to six or eight. With two leaves inserted, this table expands to 112 1/4″ (9.35 ft. feet) long! Well-crafted, with an amazing model, the table is beautifully formed, the top displays match book grain strikingly gorgeous of a deep rich patina and remains in great condition. The tabletop rests on a pair intricately carved pedestals, providing stable support. Also, available Modern walnut Dining chairs (sold separately). Perfect table for a kitchen or dining room, and due to size flexibility, will function wonderfully in a small or large space.
