Set of eight beautifully sculpted Danish Modern teak-dining chairs model 49 designed by famous designer Erik Buch for Oddense Maskinsnedkeri in Denmark circa 1960s. Maker’s label under seat {made in Denmark Oddense Maskinsnedkeri A-S}. Superbly crafted, sculpted, modern teak dining chairs with padded backrests and seats, this set includes two armchairs and six side chairs. Featuring padded “floating” seats and backrests covered in original high-quality upholstery and solid teak grain frames creating a lovely contrast. They remain in good vintage condition and are comfortable. The rich solid teak frames are very sturdy and have exceptional stunning wood grain throughout. The sculpted and formed details is what makes them so desired. Erik Buch chairs are some of the most valuable and collectable Danish Chairs on the market, very modern and elegant.
