The glass doors glide effortlessly sideways to reveal storage space with two adjustable frosted glass shelves, overhead lighting and grooves for displaying dishware. providing ample storage space. The base of the hutch features a storage cabinet with double paneled doors. The cabinet has an integrated light. and contains one adjustable shelf, doors open by way of a spring latch for easy opening and closing, further emphasizing the clean, modernistic design and feel. The cabinet is flanked by three large drawers each drawer is adorned with Kipp Stewart’s signature white porcelain ball knob on a brass fitting, creating a striking contrast to the walnut wood. The top drawer includes a felt lined, divided interior for tidy storage of personal effects. Maker Stamp (by Drexel) on the inside of the top drawer. A recessed base of round tapered legs and apron provide stable support while conveying an airy “floating” effect. Additional Maker Stamp (Declaration by Drexel} on the back. Condition Report: Original finish, minor scuffs to lower side edge exhibit little signs of wear, overall remaining in good original condition. Frame is sturdy and strong. Glass shows no flaws. Doors and drawers open and slide smoothly. The wood grain is naturally highlighted in a walnut pattern throughout, with a rich walnut tone.
