A beautiful, mid-century, modern, retro, 1960’s, Danish style, coffee table/ bench, by Kipp Stewart and Stewart MacDougall for Drexel, from the Declaration series. The perfect length to pair with an extra long sofa. Features a rectangular top with a sculpted turned edge trim, that runs the length of the table’s upper ridge, enhancing the sleek surfboard profile. The table rests on stylish tapered legs. The beautiful coffee table maintains its well preserved, original walnut finish. The underside stamped with the maker’s name (Drexel) and dated 1960. This is an outstanding selection for serious collectors of mid century modern Danish. A gorgeous sight to behold in person!
Condition Report: Original finish, exhibit little signs of wear, with typical scuffs, overall gorgeous surface condition. Construction is strong and sturdy.
