A gorgeous Classic Le Corbusier LC4 style leather, chaise, lounge or daybed. Features high quality top-grain leather, with dense foam interior. It is in two-parts, lifting free of the chromed tubular black steel base, allowing for infinite number of seating positions, as the moveable frame adjusts, and slides up and back along the base, from upright to full recline. The rolled top cushion supports your neck, remarkably notable is the contoured form, which mimics the body’s natural curve, providing comfortable seating position and creating a stylish and airy profile. Makers label (made in Italy) on underside. The LC4 Chaise Longue was originally designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand and is now part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in New York.
Condition Report: Chrome polished and cleaned, in good condition with only minor scuffs. Overall in very good condition. Very comfortable, sturdy and high quality. Construction is strong and sturdy. Original upholstery, no tears or rips in fabric.
