Rare set of five Mid Century Modern Walnut scoop back dining chairs by Bassett 3 side 2 arm chairs. The solid walnut frames feature novel period styling informed by Danish design. Sculptural set of modern chairs with scoop back rests and tapered legs. Rich, warm walnut with black vinyl upholstery. Classic mid-century modern styling with sturdy, solid construction. This set was made by Bassett and marked/stamped. In very good vintage condition, gently used with minor wear. All joints sturdy and tight.
