Incredibly well constructed set of six dining chairs from the highly collectible ‘Acclaim’ series by Lane Furniture, Alta Vista, Virginia circa 1960s. This beautiful rare set of walnut dining chairs designed by Andre Bus feature two captain armchairs and four side chairs. Sculpturally carved backrests with tapered legs. The solid walnut frames feature modern styling with a distinct beautiful design, richly grained walnut, accented with detailed, decorative ash/oak inlaid bow tie inlay emphasizing designer, Andre Bus, clean, modern line making them so desirable. Seats retain original high-quality black Naugahyde upholstery. The medium walnut grains contrast the fabric nicely and easily blend with many classic mid century modern tones. Lane furniture is some of the most valuable and collectable on the market, very modern and elegant. Manufactured by Lane Furniture.
