Contemporary triple seater upholstered sofa on a simple wooden base and tapering circular legs.

Rare Milo Baughman sofa for James Inc. this is a fine example of Baughman early 1950s work for James inc. of High Point NC before he began work at Thayer Coggin. Distinctive early mid century modern design shows Danish influence original olive colored vinyl upholstery in good condition with removable zippered cushions no rips, supports underneath are well intact. This is a time capsule piece as close to mint as you can get for a 60 -year-old piece of furniture. Labeled “Milo Baughman, James Inc.” on the couch under the center seat cushion.
