A skillfully crafted unique Mid-Century teak “Lotus” or “Flip/Flap” round dining table by Dyrlund, made in Denmark, circa 1960s. Featuring beautiful teak wood, this remarkable table is full of surprise! Four hidden leaves with striking brass hinges effortlessly slide out from underneath the top and flip open to reveal eight divided sections, transforming seating capacity from four to eight. When open the contrasting grain of the teak is absolutely stunning! Measuring 45 inches in diameter when closed, expanding to 69 inches when fully unfolded. Makers label (Drylund Made in Denmark) underneath. Four tapered, sleek legs provide sturdy support. A true representation of Danish craftsmanship and clever, practical design, this table is sure to impress and spark conversation.
