This stunning set of six ladder back rosewood chairs features two arm chairs and four side chairs in original beautiful black and gray striped upholstered seats. The arm chairs are beautifully proportioned and feature softly carved arms that float gracefully down the side of the seat. The chair backs feature a gently carved ladder back. The Rosewood has mellowed into a warm patina. A tall and beautifully angled frame maintains comfort while showcasing a simple elegant form. The chairs are accentuated with a lovely warm wood grain and exceptional craftsmanship. This rare set of highly sought after chairs will be a wonderful addition to any modern home.
Condition Report: Construction is sturdy and stable; beautiful, clean, perfect, original beautiful upholstery in great condition, no tears or stains, in great condition. Frames are tight and sturdy.
