Shipping Policy

Mary Kay’s Furniture has established connections with an assorted range of shippers to guarantee timely and professional worldwide shipping. We manage handling transactions with the shipping company and coordinating pick-up from our gallery.
All shipping is handled by third-party carriers. We work exclusively with insured, licensed, and bonded partners, offering options for both white glove service and curbside delivery.

Shipping Methods

White Glove Furniture Delivery (Main Items)

We use licensed and insured white glove carriers for all furniture deliveries. This includes:

  • First-floor, in-home delivery
  • Protective wrapping of fragile items
  • Assembly when applicable
  • A scheduled call the evening prior to delivery
  • A 30-minute call before arrival

Note: Additional surcharges may apply for stair access, multi-story buildings, remote delivery locations, or when a Certificate of Insurance is needed for building requirements. Please contact us prior to purchase for an estimate.

FedEx Ground (Small Accessories)

Smaller items such as lamps and home décor are shipped via FedEx Ground. Tracking numbers will be provided once the item has shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code. We do not offer international shipping at this time, including Alaska or Hawaii, unless special arrangements are made in advance.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Most items ship within a few days. However, due to route planning and carrier availability, please allow up to a month or so for delivery.

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us after purchase to request this option.

Delivery Scheduling & Missed Deliveries

The carrier will contact you:

  • The evening before delivery
  • 30 minutes prior to arrival

If no one is available at the time of delivery:

  • The item will be taken to a local storage facility
  • The customer will be responsible for all storage and re-delivery costs

Damages, Insurance & Claims

All furniture shipments are insured up to $100,000 through our white glove carriers. Customers are responsible for inspecting the item at delivery and must sign for acceptance.

If damage is noted:

  • Document the damage with photos immediately
  • File a claim directly with the delivery carrier

Mary Kay’s Furniture is not liable for any damages once the item leaves our facility.
