A beautiful Danish Mid Century Modern round glass coffee table Designed by Sven Ellekaer in 1961 and manufactured by Christian Linneberg in Denmark. Absolutely stunning museum quality wood grain! Features a removable circular, round, original 3/4″ thick glass top with a polished radius smooth edge finish. The thick glass top is supported by a three-legged high-quality rosewood tripod base featuring inward-curved, smooth teak arms where the wood grain seamlessly flows together and the wood joinery is seamless, creating a floating appearance beneath the glass top. This is an outstanding selection for serious collectors of mid-century modern Danish. A gorgeous sight to behold in person! Perfect for the modern home. This Danish table can be used as a coffee table, or plant stand, and could be used in the living room, foyer, or bedroom.
Condition Report: Original finish, exhibit little signs of wear, overall gorgeous surface condition, with a rich patina of natural oxidation of the wood. No cracks or chips in glass. with some light scratches. Construction is strong and sturdy.
