Beautiful Mid-Century Modern expandable, Dovetail Dining Table, from the iconic Lane Acclaim Collection designed by Andre Bus for Lane Furniture in the late 1960s. Features richly grained, rectangle top accented with contrasting dovetailed inlay borders, and gently curved apron. Raised over four removable solid walnut tapered legs, creating a clean and elegant profile. This remarkable dining table comes with two extension leaves to accommodate extra seating, transforming seating capacity from four to six. With two leaves inserted, this table expands to 80″ long! Well-crafted, fully extended, it becomes a large table and without the leaves the table is a perfect size for small areas, measuring 56″ wide characteristically sleek and functional and exudes an aesthetic beauty as well making it perfect for the modern interior. Also, available walnut Dining chairs (sold separately). Perfect table for a kitchen or dining room, and due to size flexibility, will function wonderfully in a small or large space.
Condition Report: Good quality and in good condition beautiful finish, overall gorgeous surface condition. The frame is sturdy and strong, and extension hardware operates smoothly. Minor wear to the apron shown in the photo.
