Condition Report: Good vintage condition structural integrity. The frame is solid, and the walnut legs show beautiful natural grain with minor, age-appropriate wear.  Beautiful original textured sandy-beige fabric / upholstery in good condition with minor fading.   Light staining on the back edge of the sofa shown in photos, this is a typical area for staining due the back resting against the wall and the age.
