Description
Early 20th Century George Hepplewhite style oval carved mahogany two tiered accent or occasional table with caned shelf, circa 1930s. It is finished and carved on all sides so it can be placed in the center of a room or against a wall. It has a bellflower swag on the front and back frieze, bellflowers at the top of the tapered square legs and bellflower feet. The concave curved stretchers form a small lower shelf that is caned. A Guaranteed Solid Mahogany JT Co brass label is attached under the top.
Condition Report: Original finish, with minor wear, overall nice surface condition. Construction is strong and sturdy.
