Mid Century Rosewood Lingerie Drawer Chest Dresser Arne Wahl Iversen for Vinde

Rare, attractive Danish modern, sleek, rosewood, eight-drawer tall, narrow, lingerie chest of drawers. Designed by Arne Wahl Iversen for Vinde Mobelfabrik, Denmark, circa 1970’s. This is a very simple yet modern 8 drawer design, the craftsmanship is quite striking, with the manufacturer’s label stamped on the back (“V W” 126 made in Denmark). Features four shallow top drawers, and four larger drawers. Each drawer has beautiful medium tone, stunning rosewood grains with attractive inset slit drawers carved out minimal pulls. A clean, simple framed cabinet trimmed in thin edges, flush minimalist drawer design with plenty of storage topped with beautiful rosewood grains on top which has a beautiful light and dark grains, creating a beautiful face, and top, to this mid-century Danish modern tall dresser. Raised on a wrapped rosewood plinth base, this lingerie chest would be just as stylish in the bedroom, as it would be in the office behind a desk, or in a living room. Clean mid-century design that looks just as modern back then as it is today.
