Beautiful Mid-Century Modern Bassett credenza, dresser circa 1960’s. Featuring a beautifully grained walnut rectangle top above three spacious drawers in the center and two cabinets on the left and right sides. Left cabinet holds one interior shelf. Each drawer is adorned with detailed wood block handles. Manufacturer’s stamp (Bassett furniture) on interior of drawer. Each cabinet door, adorned with metal pulls. Each easy gliding dovetail drawer has beautiful stunning walnut grains, overall good original vintage condition, with exceptional craftsmanship. A recessed base of tapered legs and apron provide stable support while conveying an airy “floating” effect. Clean lines and timeless style, this showstopper will be an enhancing addition to any interior and also blend beautifully with many décor styles. Ideal piece for a bedroom, living room, or entry.
Condition Report: Good original condition, solid and sturdy construction, minimal light wear. The wood grain is naturally highlighted in a walnut pattern throughout, with a rich walnut tone.
