An elegant Mid-Century Modern 9-Drawer Dresser c. 1960s. This is a beautiful example of Mid-Century craftsmanship designed by Dale Ford for the John Widdicomb Company. This beautiful dresser is a difficult to find style. An extremely well-made and solid piece with an attractive rich book matched walnut grain veneer and simple elegant lines. Features a beautiful front drawer design, accented with Minimalist vertical inlaid rosewood handles with brushed aluminum trim accents. The top middle drawer offers extra storage with an inset sliding shelf. The triple dresser rests on solid legs. Makers stamp on the inside of the top drawer (John Widdicomb makers of fine furniture Grand Rapids, Michigan). Attractive classic modernist quality and design piece for the modern interior. Condition Report: Original finish, with minor wear, light faint scratches to top, visible with up close inspection, overall nice surface condition. Construction is strong and sturdy. Drawers glide smoothly.
