An absolutely stunning pair of Mid-Century Danish Modern chairs model 78 designed in 1962 by Niels Otto Moller for J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik in Denmark. These gorgeous chairs feature beautifully sculpted teak frames and exquisite original woven seats, a superb combination of materials. Clean simple design, original rope seat is dense, offering comfort and support, and tightly wrapped and woven in a most attractive design. The horizontal slat backrests feature three elegantly curved bars, creating a stylish, airy profile. Supported by slender straight legs, these chairs exemplify the clean, sleek design technique of the Scandinavian Modern movement. Perfect as accent chairs for additional seating, these chairs will add a timeless touch of Danish design to any setting!
