Consistent with the nature of vintage, mid‑century, previously owned, re‑purposed, and restored furniture, items may exhibit variations in condition, finish, patina, wear, minor repairs, color or texture differences, and other inherent or disclosed characteristics; these attributes do not constitute defects, nonconformities, or grounds for a return, exchange, refund, or chargeback.
